Fast friendly service on the phone. We quickly determined my needs and have a maintenance plan in place.

We have had 3 quotes for a mini split system from other Companies.. Chad from AC Hayes came and he gave me a thorough education on mini splits. Had I had not talked to him I would have made a big mistake. His knowledge was amazing and his honesty and guidance was great. We also went into the showroom for a demonstration, which was very helpful and gave us a better understanding of the equipment and what we were looking for. Before you jump in, you better do your homework and make sure of who you are dealing with. Chad has prevented us from making the wrong decision and a big mistake!

They removed my old oil boiler and installed an incredibly-efficient gas boiler. They had to put in a propane system that they later converted to natural gas when the ground thawed enough to have the gas company put pipes to the street. Great service, always on time and friendly. They did some extra work I needed without having to call for an additional appointment.

With propane, my heating bill was lowered by the new boiler to half of what it had been with oil, and now that I have natural gas, it's less than a third of what I paid for oil.

​

They are a small company with really personalized service.

This is my second winter with the boiler, and I couldn't be happier. I am hiring them again to do additional gas piping for another project.

Chad is the best out there when it comes to HVAC. He went way above and beyond what we needed him to do that day. He came in to look at our ductless system, diagnosed it and repaired it.

In addition to this he also looked at our heating system to see why certain rooms were not as warm as others, quickly diagnosed that made a few adjustments to the boiler and that was that. Oh yeah, he did that one free of service.

I now have a new company to go to for all my HVAC needs and you should too. He will be back next week to look at my hot tub and give me a price to repair a leaking jet nozzle.

Work Description: Discovered no Freon in system. Thermostat wired wrong. Checked complete system, cleaned, put nitrogen in to see if any leaks. Terrible install from another company that installed four years ago. Have signed on for an annual check up next year.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Chad Hayes and his Team. We’ve owned a duplex here in Deerfield, NH for the past 25 years, and have dealt with several contractors, including other HVAC folks.

In fact a year ago one of our furnaces died on us, on the coldest day of the year and we went over two weeks without a new furnace. Unfortunately we made the mistake of hiring an HVAC contractor with the lowest bid. And although we got a great unit, little did we know all the intricacies and additional expenses that could pop up. Not to mention all the problems that could occur after the unit is installed. I only wish we had known Chad at that time. We would have saved a lot of time, money, and pain.

But this time although I wanted to go with the lowest bid again, my wife insisted that we hire Chad. “She said she had a good feeling.” Turned out she was right. Out of the 8 contractors we interviewed, Chad was the only one who inspected our other furnace and pointed out some serious safety issues. If we hadn’t ended up hiring him, I’d hate to think what could have happened.

What’s most interesting though, is that although Chad didn’t have the cheapest price, by the time he ended up doing the whole job and fixing the problems with our other boiler, he was about the same price for a better unit. And when we had a small issue occur a few weeks later, Chad responded immediately and took care of it at no cost.

All in all it was the best experience we’ve ever had with a contractor. I highly recommend Chad Hayes and his Team. They are the most knowledgeable and friendly contractors we’ve ever dealt with. Thanks!

Hi, I'd like to extend my personal thanks to Hayes Heating and specifically to Chad Hayes for his service visit yesterday. First of all the Brookline dispatcher (sorry I didn't get her name) was most courteous and helpful and was able to schedule my service call in the same day. Although running a bit late, Chad called multiple times to apologize and make me aware of his expected arrival time (even though he was not responsible for the delay). Upon arrival, he immediately went to work on my malfunctioning gas furnace. In spite of it being late in a long day of service calls and of me asking many, many questions and essentially hovering over him as he worked, he remained very patient, friendly and professional.

Chad answered all my questions with very knowledgeable answers thereby building my opinion of him and Hayes Heating and A/C. In a very short time he had localized the problem. He discussed possible alternative ways to correct the problem and solicited my input. He then brought my furnace back into working order. You can thank Chad for my great impression of Hayes Heating. My home has 3 furnaces and Hayes Heating is now number 1 on my list to call for all future repairs, upgrades and potential AC enhancements. It is apparent that Chad and Hayes Heating care about quality and their customers. They most assuredly understand what total customer satisfaction is all about. My thanks to Chad for a very positive experience and the beginning of a great customer relationship.

My house has hot water baseboard heat, so central air was out of the question. They suggested a system with the compressor outside and four heads inside.
They mounted the heads inside and ran wiring and tubing to each.
The installation is neat and attractive. The added bonus is that they system is also a heat pump that is more efficient than even natural gas all the way down to freezing!
The system replaced four window shaker air conditioners, and it uses less than half the electricity to keep the whole house cool.
The window units took half an hour to completely cool four rooms. The new system takes a third of that time.
The crew was friendly and good to work with.
This is the second job Hayes has done for me. They installed my new boiler last year. Great service!
