Chad Hayes is the owner and operator of Hayes Heating & Air Conditioning. He has over 25 years experience working in the field of HVAC, providing comfort solutions for many challenging issues along the way. 

 

Specializing in high end and older homes, Chad and his team pride themselves in getting the job done right the first time. Knowing that you only have one chance to make a great first impression, he goes out of his way to understand the needs of the customer and the home in which he is presented. You can feel confident in the knowledge and experience of Chad and his staff!

Throughout his youth, Chad was able to get into the trades at his family’s septic company. During this time, he helped his family while learning how to do plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and many other skills. He quickly saw the value in hard work and dedication, and truly emulates the motto “If you love what you do, you never work a day in your life”.

 

While Chad was in high school, he took many hands-on classes for the Plumbing and Heating trade, which was when he realized that this was what he wanted to do. He then attended Southern NH Tech as well as PHCC to solidify his path in Plumbing, Heating and A/C. He continues to attend classes each year to be able to provide the most up to date standards, technology and information to his valued customers.
